BSIEER Celebrates Success: Local Talents Shine in the IT Industry

The Bandung Society for Informatics, Electrical Engineering, and Robotics (BSIEER) is proud to announce the remarkable achievements of three of its members, who have recently secured prestigious positions in leading IT companies. This milestone not only highlights the individual talents of Najin Khoerus Syakirin, Muhammad Hasan Musthofa, and Renaldy Serby Yudistira, but also underscores the vital role that BSIEER plays in nurturing and developing the skills of aspiring engineers and tech enthusiasts in our community.
Founded at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, BSIEER has become a hub for students and professionals interested in the fields of informatics, electrical engineering, and robotics. The recent successes of Najin, Hasan, and Renaldy are a testament to the effectiveness of BSIEER’s mission.
Najin Khoerus Syakirin: A Trailblazer in Robotics

Najin Khoerus Syakirin, born in Sumedang on November 14, 2001, has made significant strides in the field of robotics. A graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in 2020, Najin specialized in constructing robots using Fuzzy Logic Control and Vectors. His innovative approach to robotics has not only earned him accolades within the BSIEER community but has also caught the attention of industry leaders.
Najin’s hard work and dedication have paid off, as he has recently accepted a position at PREMATEX Co., Ltd. in Japan. This prestigious company is known for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to innovation, making it the perfect fit for Najin’s skills and aspirations. His journey from a local student to an international engineer is an inspiration to many, showcasing the potential that lies within our community when nurtured through organizations such as BSIEER.
“Joining BSIEER was a turning point for me,” Najin shared. “The collaborative environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals helped me refine my skills and gain the confidence I needed to pursue my dreams. I am excited to take this next step in my career and represent our community on a global stage.”
Muhammad Hasan Musthofa: A Rising Star in Electrical Engineering

Another shining example of success is Muhammad Hasan Musthofa, a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hasan’s journey through BSIEER has been marked by his relentless pursuit of knowledge and his passion for technology. His commitment to excellence has led him to join Quadran Co., Ltd., a prominent IT company based in Bandung.
Hasan’s expertise in electrical engineering, combined with his hands-on experience gained through BSIEER projects, has equipped him with the skills necessary to thrive in a competitive industry. His role at Quadran Co., Ltd. will allow him to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
“Being part of BSIEER has been instrumental in my development as an engineer,” Hasan stated. “The mentorship and collaborative projects provided me with invaluable experience and insights into the industry. I am grateful for the support of my peers and mentors, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact in my new role.”
Renaldy Serby Yudistira: Bridging Language and Technology
Renaldy, the UI/UX Engineer
Renaldy Serby Yudistira brings a unique perspective to the tech industry with his background in English Language and Literature from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Focusing on linguistics and communication, Renaldy has developed a keen interest in UI/UX research design. His ability to combine analytical skills from linguistics with a user-centered approach positions him as a valuable asset in the realm of digital experiences.
Recently accepted as a UI/UX Researcher at Devixel Teknologi Indonesia Co., Ltd. Based in Bandung, Renaldy is set to make significant contributions to the design and functionality of digital products. His role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing prototypes that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Renaldy’s understanding of both the technical and design aspects of software development allows him to bridge the gap between users and technology, ensuring that products are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.
“Joining BSIEER opened my eyes to the possibilities within the tech industry,” Renaldy explained. “The organization provided me with the tools and knowledge to enhance my skills and pursue my passion for creating meaningful user experiences. I am excited to embark on this new journey at Devixel and contribute to the evolution of digital design.”
